A vision board is typically a poster-board on which you glue a “collage” of images that you’ve cut from a variety of magazines. The idea behind vision boards stems from the act of surrounding yourself with images that depict your dreams, wishes, hopes, and desires.
The Vision Board Workshops will have a component of sharing with others in the group. The intention for creating our dreams through images will be set at the start of each session. Upon completion of the vision board for each session, the group will share their boards to bring their intentions out into the world.
Steps for Creating a Vision Board:
Step 1: Look through a variety of magazines and tear the images from them that speak to you in some way. Make a big pile of images and phrases and words.
Step 2: Go through the images. Cut the images out in a pleasing way. Lay your favorites on the poster-board. As you lay the pictures on the board, you’ll get a sense how the board should be laid out, based on your intention.
Step 3: Glue everything onto the board the way in which you have assembled it in step 2.
Step 4: Place your vision board in a location where you will see it daily.
